When the commercial division of the Prudential was disbanded in 1992, Paul Adams & David Bilbrough had between them almost 40 years of service in which they performed a variety of roles. They spotted a a gap in the market for a "people centred" insurance brokers in North Shropshire.  Whitchurch was decided upon as the ideal base for their new venture and the firm was set up in 1992 when we purchased the Whitchurch branch of Coverewell insurance brokers.

The existing staff were retained and between them the business has developed substantially.
